The 2008 Kendall County Republican Pig Roast, a longstanding Kendall County tradition, will be taking place on Saturday, August 23rd at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. Games and events for the kids will get underway at 3:00pm with food being served at 4:30pm followed by the program at 6:00pm.
Being a family event, the prices are set very reasonably: $10 for adults, $3 for children and $25 for the whole family. Tickets are available from each Republican Precinct Committeeman as well as online.
Entertainment for the kids will include face painting, a moon jump, balloons and a clown.
Since we’re at the Kendall County Fairgrounds, we’ll be under cover and ready for whatever the weather may bring us.
All Republicans are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day of roast pork with all the trimmings and patriotism mixed with a little politics.
